Premier Quality Consulting, LLC, formed in 2009, evolved from the career and experiences of Charlie Neal, Jr., a Biomedical Engineer who has spent 46 of his 48 career years working under GMP-regulated industries. Throughout those years, his primary focus has been Validation and Quality Assurance Validation. However, he has held lead positions in Research, Development, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Sales and Marketing.

Throughout those years, his primary focus has been Validation and Quality Assurance Validation. However, he has held lead positions in Research, Development, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Validation, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Sales and Marketing.
He has performed process development, scale-up, optimization, equipment qualifications, process validations, cleaning validation, risk assessments, project management and technology transfers. His hands-on technical experience was derived while working in the chemical, sterile drugs, pharmaceutical (API, solid dosage, liquids), bio-tech, med-device, and the cosmetics industries. He has been heavily involved with sterilizations (EtO, Dry Heat, Steam and Irradiation) and lyophilization.
He mastered Vendor Management, Vendor Qualification, and Supplier Quality Agreements while working with bio-tech CMOs. Mr. Neal is well versed in SharePoint, Track Wise, and Veeva and Risk Assessments. He has a strong familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean tools and possess strong Negotiation Skills.
Mr. Neal has presented papers on Technology Transfers (Japan), Process Validation and Validation Documentation. He authored a chapter on Transdermal Process Validation (published in the 3rd edition of “Pharmaceutical Process Validation”), and is a former member of the Institute of Validation Technology’s Editorial Board.
